Terms and Conditions for Cardholder Services

Appointment Scheduling & Rescheduling:
• Cardholders can book or reschedule appointments anytime between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
• Please call us at least 1 hour in advance to schedule, reschedule, or cancel your appointment.
Walk-in Service (After 4:00 PM):
• After 4:00 PM, walk-in appointments will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Special Offers (Weekend & Festival Season):
• During weekends and festive seasons, cardholders can enjoy a 20% discount on any Hair treatment.
• Only cardholders are eligible for this benefit.
Cardholder Responsibility:
• Yazz is not responsible for any lost cards.
• In case of a lost card, a replacement can be issued for a fee of Rs. 100.
Aesthetic Services:
• The cardholder discount does not apply to aesthetic services; however, some discounts may be available on select aesthetic treatments.
Card Validity:
• The membership card is valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
